9/11 Attacks: Ten Years Later, part four
The toll the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks took on the New York City Fire Department was immense. But the department leaders are making sure they're learning from the experience and using that knowledge to make, not only New York City safer, but cities around the country. Heather Bosch starts her report by speaking with a fire fighter who was already at the World Trade Center at the time of the attack. This series earned the 2012 National Edward R. Murrow Award for Best Audio News Series.
