At the time of this report, 180,000 part-time soldiers were on active duty supporting the military action in Iraq, many from Washington State. But there were serious questions about how ready the troops really were for a combat zone, as Heather Bosch reports in the series "Citizen Soldier." This series won the 2005 Regional Edward R.
